I am an entrepreneur and investor in the software technology space. I have been fascinated by (computer) technology since I can remember.

I began my journey as a technology founder after having spent transformative years in the media industry and in academia. My educational background is in theoretical physics and applied math.

As a founder I am mainly focused on B2B SaaS, with a special interest in vertical B2B SaaS. I have been closely following the web3 space since 2016. I am excited about the opportunities generative AI creates.

Occasionally I consult (mainly media companies) in the area of Data Science & AI, helping with everything from AI strategy to enablement as well as custom development and implementation.

Born and educated in Germany, I love to travel and have lived in many places around the world. Since 2011, I am at home in Switzerland and travel a fair amount.
